We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to manage your subscription and provide technical support.

• Application Data: Because our app is not cloud-based, any data or content you create within the software stays on your local device. We have no access to your files, projects, or inputs unless you explicitly send them to us (e.g., attaching a file to a support ticket).

• Administrative Data: We use Zoho Corporation  administrative solutions (Zoho CRM, Billing, Books, and Desk) to manage our business operations. This is where your contact and billing information is stored.

• What we delete: Upon request, we will delete your record from Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and our marketing lists. Your app license and your billing account will be deactivated. 

• What we keep: We are legally required to retain financial records (invoices and transaction history) in Zoho Books for a period of [e.g., 7-10] years to comply with tax and audit regulations.

• Anonymization: Any usage data and statistics is anonymized. Support data kept beyond the deletion request will be fully anonymized so they can no longer be linked to you.

We partner with a limited number of "Data Processors" to run our business. These partners are compliant with GDPR and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes:

• Zoho Corporation: For CRM, subscription management, accounting, and help desk services.

• Payment Processors: (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for secure payment handling.
