DotProduct Policies for Returning Orders, Receiving Refunds and Restarting Subscriptions

DotProduct Return Policy
• Orders placed directly with DotProduct: DotProduct will refund in full orders for product, subscriptions or maintenance plans purchased directly from DotProduct within 30 days of the initial purchase, if an annual or longer subscription, otherwise only within 3 days of initial purchase. See Requesting a Refund for information about processing a return and receiving a refund for a purchase from DotProduct. Renewal charges for existing subscriptions or maintenance plans purchased directly from DotProduct are not eligible for refund.
• Orders placed with a retailer or DotProduct Reseller: Return policies for purchases and renewal charges from third-party sellers such as retailers or authorized DotProduct Resellers can vary by seller. Please contact your seller directly for information about return policies.
Requesting a Refund
To return a purchase placed directly with DotProduct and request a refund, please contact DotProduct Customer Service. Please have your order confirmation email message available to help us process your request. When your refund is approved and processed by DotProduct, typically within 5 to 7 business days, the credit will be issued to the payment method listed in your DotProduct Account. Please contact the card issuing bank for information about when the credit will post to your account. All access to related software and services will terminate when your refund is processed.
Canceling a Subscription Order
Subscription orders for DotProduct software placed directly with DotProduct online are processed immediately and can only be cancelled by contacting DotProduct. If you decide you no longer wish to use or retain access to the software or services to which you've subscribed, you must contact us to request cancellation within 30 days of the original purchase for a subscription of 1 year or more, otherwise within 3 days of original purchase to receive a refund. Canceling Automatic Renewal
Your software subscription automatically renews when your contract expires to ensure you have continuous access to your DotProduct software. You will be charged for a new subscription term on the renewal date listed in your DotProduct Account.
You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time before your renewal date by visiting your DotProduct Account. You will retain access to software and services until the renewal date but will not be automatically charged for a new term. Access to your software and services will end on your subscription renewal date.
Restarting an Expired Subscription
Subscriptions that expire after the renewal date without payment or subscriptions cancelled immediately by contacting Customer Service cannot be restarted.
If you wish to renew access to software and services for a cancelled subscription, a new subscription can be purchased. Some DotProduct software products offer the option to purchase a new subscription from within a trial version of the DotProduct software you wish to activate. Launch your inactive subscription software to see if purchase options are available. If this option is not available, new subscriptions may be purchased at the DotProduct Store or from an authorized DotProduct Reseller.
